I didn't do a side by side because Facebook won't let me sponsor an add with a side by side due to "unrealistic results". This somehow passed. Usually, they also won't let you sponsor an add with too many words on a photo. She is a teacher and was worried about the bikini. That's why I put the words over her hips more. Also, I often times don't post side by sides especially with women. A lot of women its hard enough to allow them to let me post one picture. I've had a lot of requests from women also not to post their before measurements of their chest etc. It makes them uncomfortable! Just some tips I've learned over the last 10 months!

Tip: #1 I also take before photos both in just a sports bra and a tight tank top. It gives me something to post later. I missed an opportunity to post a great success in December because the girl only had a before picture in a sports bra. I knew she wouldn't let me post! Lesson learned!

Tip #2 Females Follow up pictures get more comments/likes.

Tip #3 Encourage clients to allow you to re post because it may inspire someone else to start their journey. A lot of people are nervous to have their pictures posted I've learned! Posting is especially important for us as an affiliate to let people know about the program and show results!

#3) Christine accomplished so much over the last 6 weeks in our CFPO Nutrition Coaching Program! She lost 4.75" inches, lost 1.3% body fat, placed second in her first triathlon and acquired her first kipping pullup! She had specific goals to change body composition while improving performance. She did an incredible job! Way to go!

#4) Justus

Justus just finished up our individualized nutrition coaching program last night and he'd said he is pretty "stoked" to say the least of his accomplishments in just 4 weeks! He saved $400 last month on his food budget by learning how to grocery shop with receipts to prove it! He lost 2% body fat and an 1.5" in his waist. He is well on his way to get the abs he was looking for. Along the way, he learned to grocery shop, meal prep and put together meals to increase his energy using real foods. Knowledge is power and he knows the "how". He kicked his pre workout to the curb!! Great job Justus!!

What happened to Eric in four weeks? He lost 3.75 inches over the holidays, even through Christmas! He learned to grocery shop and prepare meals. He's cooked more in four weeks than he has in five years! Eric made simple, small changes using behavior shaping strategies with the support of a caring coach to create life long habits in our CFPO Nutrition Coaching Program. No products, just real food and a lot of it. It's a teaching program!
