  2. Agenda Review Bruce requested adding DIRT report changes and MPSC providing data to DIRT.
  3. Review Meeting Minutes 12/28/17 correct mis-spelling of eSuite.

  3. e-Web Suite=MD 811 Ticket MOD, Near Ticket, e-OHA, e-Plan, & updated e-Locate: MISS DIG working on helping members convert to polygons, Katie gave a walkthrough of Suite. Discussion on e-OHA specifically with regards to minimum distance.
  4. No Member on a ticket: Working with NDP so we are able to provide ticket numbers
  5. Add ticket expiration date to +Response: also looking to add the 14-day date.
  6. Damage reporting Ticket: Bruce asked Jeff if MPSC wants to receive these tickets, Jeff responded yes.
  7. No Dig Ticket Notification: Bruce explained the calls that MISS DIG receives that This is a no dig ticket notification, with FOO able to change response if they locate so they can track work and be notified when work is occurring without a ticket. MISS DIG 811 NSR would confirm there was not a dig notice in the area. MISS DIG 811 will review with TIME during the design and build of the ticket.

  2. IT issues: Working on updating server and converting Newtin to https. Haven’t had any issues since virtualizing Newtin A and B. Considering spam filtering software following issues for member using office 365 and an internal distribution list on the most recent spam filet used.
  3. DIRT: in conjunction with the Damage Reporting ticket. MPSC is not providing MI data to DIRT, Bruce asked if they were going to and when. Jeff responded that they are waiting on a final decision by Dave. Some members are pushing back on the new DIRT Format. Bruce asked if a meeting could be pulled together with MPSC, CGA, MISS DIG 811, an a few of the gas owners. Jeff will relay the request to Dave. Would like to coordinate with Damage Reporting Ticket. Joe Boals would like to be involved.

  2. Meetings will be held via teleconference, with web screen share information and call in number provided by MISS DIG 811 monthly. MISS DIG 811 will host a teleconferencewithoptionalonsite meetings for the TIME committee at the MITA office following MDPB monthly. Teleconferenceswill be held thefourth Thursday of the month at 10 am following MDPB; if MDPB cancels or changes their meeting date, MISS DIG 811 will still host the call on the fourth Thursday of the Month unless voted on to move or skip by the committee.
