------The Bible Story ------
This is the Bible – the Bible is the true word of God!
The Bible tells us about God and His people. God promised that He would give the Israelites a land to call their own. God chose Joshua to be the new leaders of the Israelites and it was now time for the Israelites to enter the land promised to give to them.
Read Beginners Bible pg 132-134. Start with “God told Joshua”
God kept His promise and gave the Israelites their own land.
Pray and ask God to help us to love and trust Him.
BIBLE STORY ACTIVITY

Children all help to build a small wall of cardboard bricks in the middle of the rugs.

(Keep the large box for the bricks to the side of the room)

March around the rugs 7 times (count out loud).
Call out “Praise the Lord!”
Children take bricks from the wall and put them back into the large box
