ISLAMIC PARADISE

It is well known that Muslim men will kill, behead the innocent, murder; blow themselves up, all by the name of Allah in order to inherit Paradise. Further, they expect great rewards for being so violent, spilling so much blood, for their cause. Note the following as a description of their reward; they think they will have in Paradise. “But the true servants of God shall be well provided for, feasting on fruit, and honoured in the gardens of delight. Reclining face to face upon soft couches, they shall be served with a goblet filled at a gushing fountain, white, and delicious to those who drink it. It will never dull their senses nor befuddle them. They shall sit with bashful, dark-eyed virgins, as chaste as the sheltered eggs of ostriches" (The Koran, 37:40-48). Here, they picture themselves lying around on soft couches, feasting, drinking wine, and never getting drunk with dark-eyed virgins to entertain them. Ah yes, scenes from the “Arabian Nights”!

The sensual nature of Islamic Paradise is very apparent. Many more Koran quotations could be noted as to the dark-eyed virgins. Further, there will be young handsome boys for them, note the following: “and there shall wait on them young boys of their own, as fair as virgin pearls" (Koran 52:24). “Round about them will serve boys of perpetual freshness" (Koran 56:17). “And round about them will serve boys of perpetual freshness: if thou seest them, thou wouldst think them scattered pearls" (Koran 76:19). Young, fair as virgin pearls, boys of perpetual freshness to serve them! Hmm!

Through man concocted lies, coupled with sensual and sly ploys to entice lustful men to be recruited for violence, all by the name of Allah. To kill themselves and others, thus, receiving the fictitious delights of Paradise. The Prophet of Islam could only see physical pleasure, food, wine, women, young boys, etc. in his Paradise. O my, how very sad and tragic.

How very different is the sublime nature of Heaven as revealed in the Bible. “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any pain: for the former things are passed away" (Revelation 21:4). The Word of God, the Bible, being free of geographical cultures, presents Heaven, fit for all God fearing, obedient souls.
