- Recipient of a Presidential Grant in 2015 to create instructor based materials for FILM 1010. Designed and created 13 Learning Modules with accompanying PPTs, Discussion Boards, Weekly quizzes, and online exams
- Designed and created the FILM 2900 Film Genres online class with all instructor based materials
- Currently designing the FILM 2700 Film History class for online, to be ready in August 2016

- Directed development and grew program from 91 majors to 430.
- Regularly counseled students on class selection, twice updated curriculum, oversaw annual budget of $700,000, which included new equipment acquisition, and chaired an Academic Technology Committee in 2006-07 that developed a comprehensive technology plan.
- Prepped and taught 12 classes, including online classes, participated in numerous university committees, and conducted student orientations. Helped develop and improve Institutional Effectiveness activities at university, and was heavily involved in SACS re-accreditation process.
