River Parade Monday April 22, 2013

This year we’ll be offering two different ways to enjoy the floating spectacle…

Biga Main Dining Room
Even during Fiesta some people prefer to experience the menu they have come to expect at Biga.
The Biga dinner menu will be available to those who reserve a table in the main dining room.
Between courses, we invite all of our dinner guests to visit our balcony to get a bird’s eye view of the parade floating on the river below.
Reservations are a must and a credit card will be needed to secure your reservation. Sorry, no outdoor seating will be available for the river parade to give all of our guests a chance to get an eyeful.

Or for those who feel a sit-down dinner is a little too stuffy for Fiesta

we have another option just for you...

Fiesta River Parade Reception

Biga Fiesta Reception will still have fantastic views of the parade along
with active food stations for you to enjoy throughout the evening. This is a new event for Biga.
Reservations are a must and a credit card will be needed to secure your reservation.
Food, Tax and gratuity will be billed in full to the credit card on file.
Call (210)225-0722 Monday through Friday between 10am-5pm.

On the menu…
Warm tortillas hand made by Maria’s Tortillas you can fill with fresh ingredients like picadillo chorizo, pulled chicken, guacamole and house roasted salsa. Not familiar with Maria’s Tortillas? Well, they’re like the rock stars of fiesta food! People at NIOSA wait in line for more than 30 minutes to get their hands on Maria’s Tortillas!

After tortillas move on to molasses rubbed beef, carved to order served with poblano and corn mashers and spicy slaw. We’ll also have the traditional Fiesta fare covered with veggie and chicken fajitas, Spanish rice, borracho beans and house made pico de gallo, guacamole, salsas and more!

…and what’s Fiesta without dessert? Nothing! Lilla and Amy will be working on sweets that speak to your soul. Tres leches layered with citrus and berries, cookies, and Kahlua chocolate mousse should do the trick.

A full bar will be on hand along with Biga Margaritas, Sangria
and non alcoholic “Mocktails” for the kids (or designated drivers!).
The cost is $57++ for adults and $30++ for kids 12 and under.
The per person price includes two drink tickets. Cash bar also available.
++20% gratuity and sales tax will be added at time of payment.

We’ll try to have valet parking available all night, however, there may be portions of the evening that the

valet lane is closed as SAPD sees fit. This is beyond our control and usually temporary.
