ANNEX Q Training Requirements
Instructions to Complete Training
A. Classes are divided into two sections:
1. Aircrew Training Program ( for pilots)
2. Administrative Training (for all assigned to a DET)
These classes will be taught in a classroom when feasible. If classes are not given, go to www.flyosa.com and view the classes. Once complete, all assigned personnel will log on to http://quizstar.4teachers.org/indexs.jsp to record your attendance and understanding of the material. As a backup use Annex R of the DET 45 SOP to record and provide an AAR. To sign in use your NVARNG log in and the assigned DET45 password.
B: Uniform: Aviators =Flight suit : No-Aviators; DCU-s or flight suit: PT Uniform for APFT
C. Weapons =9mm for range
D. Equipment = SOP’s, Lesson Plans, Coputer Classes, Hand-s on equipment as necessary and as available.

F.  Safety = all classea dn hands on will begin with a safety brief. Computer classes will be self briefed and are not high risk.
G.  Who: Evaluators are as follows:
1. Aviator Training: SP/IP or individual if completed on a a computer
2. Administrative Training = will by conducted by persneel with the assigned additional duty. If it does not fall into an additional duty, the Commander will delegate or teach class. Safety classes wil be taught by the Safety officer. NCO leadership and Operations classes will taught by the Op’s Nco
H.  What: Is evaluated is the classes listed. You will be graded online for the quiz and asked to provide an AAR.
I.  Where: Training will take either at DET 45 classroom, hangar, or via computer at individuals location during the assigned time.
J.  When: The training is monthly during drill when all feasible. Otherwise trainingcan be completedduring the training month. Instruction are on the log on page for the exams.
K.  Why:Training is required to sustain skills in all required aspects IAW with Army doctrine, SOP’s, etc The scheduled training meets OSA, FORSCOM, DET 45 and Army annual training requirements.
L.  AAR’s: will be completed at the end of quizes and at end of training.
