JUST A VERY SMALL INTRODUCTION -
The SUBJECT CASE STARTED in Long Beach, Calif. in 1989 through the early 1990's. The locations and individuals surrounding this case were the Hells Angels, Mongols, related and/or affiliated organizations, and business establishments. Some of these establishments were closed by federal authorities. I WAS PRESENT!
THIS WAS THE POINT AND TIME THAT THE ELECTRONICS WERE NOTICED AND/OR INCREASED SUBSTANTIALLY ON ME AND MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY. WHEREVER THESE GROUPS ARE, FEDERAL AUTHORITIES ARE LURKING. THE VARIOUS SURVEILLANCE DESIGNS ARE INTERPLAYED AMONG THEM.
ONE PARTICULAR DESIGN IS VERY HIGH TECH SATELLITE “TYPE” AND THE ABUSE OF OPERATION HAS BEEN EXTREMELY TORTUROUS, SECURITY BREACHING AND CONTRARY TO QUALITY OF LIFE.

Clarification comment: The Satellite design that was set-up on my family and was not intended for me to get through. By the grace of God, I did … What was I suppose to do (past and current); turn my head to this sick coward design? In the beginning, it is shocking and nobody would know what is going on (the purpose of the design is to destroy quickly). The nature of this electronics design does not allow you any freedom afterward … no matter how hard you try … it is that psychopathic cowardly criminal. Officials in Canada have thoughts of labeling the HELLS ANGELS A TERRORIST GROUP, say security experts and a local Liberal MP.

The recent gruesome discovery of eight dead Bandido bikers -- and RCMP Commissioner Giuliano Zaccardelli's statement this week that the lines between organized crime and terrorism are being blurred -- have again sparked debate over whether the notorious organization should be classified a terrorist group.
Such a move would make it easy for police to wipe out the organization.
"Is someone intent on flying a Cessna into the Peace Tower different than someone selling a surface-to-air missile to buy cocaine to sell on the streets of Montreal?" said Ottawa South Liberal MP David McGuinty. "It is something we ought to be debating and looking at in detail."
The Hells Angels, who have wiped out or marginalized their competition, are a domestic security threat, some security experts believe. The Organization has been known to use Canadian military connections to obtain explosives. Biker gangs have also managed to get their hands on heavy weaponry, including rocket launchers. Biker experts agree they don't discriminate when it comes to making a buck selling weapons.
Rival organization murders are on the rise including eight members of the Bandidos in one incident - PLUS - Local San Bernardino County (Counties in California U.S.A. AND MEXICO – now international-all around the World) incidents and murders including the Vagos and Mongols Organizations in general.
In the 1990s, the Hells Angels launched an overt campaign of terror against state authorities.

Seeno License Comes Through Despite Ties toHELLS ANGELS, Other Felons
Seeno III Given OK By Gaming Commission, Recently Fined $25,000 for Associations

Albert Seeno III has received the go-ahead from the Nevada Gaming Commission as a "suitable beneficiary of interests" to maintain his ownership status in hotel casinos in Nevada. Seeno III is a land developer in California. His father, Albert Seeno Jr., is licensed through a trust, and Seeno III is a trust beneficiary.
In previous Gaming Control Board and Gaming Commission hearings, it was brought out that Seeno the younger had close ties to the Hells Angels in Northern California, and that he had a convicted drug dealer on his payroll. Licenses for the Peppermill hotel casinos in Reno and Wendover, the Western Village hotel casino in Sparks, the Rainbow Club in Henderson, and one other casino in Wendover were in jeopardy because of Seeno's associations.
Seeno Jr. established Sierra Pacific Properties, Inc. in California in the 1950s according to their web site, and is considered one of the premier homebuilders in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The family has had many run-ins with the law over the years, including being fined one million dollars for violating the Endangered Species Act during the building of home sites, and paying a $775,000 fine to the Nevada Gaming Commission when ties to unsavory characters were discovered.
During previous hearings, Gaming chairman Dennis Neilander said, "Having a licensee associate with people who manufacture methamphetamines brings discredit on the state of Nevada." Victor Bustos and Arthur Carasis were arrested in 1999 in a California drug raid that turned up 129 pounds of drugs and chemicals to make drugs. Carasis is a known member of the Hells Angels. Seeno III associated with Carasis and Bustos worked closely with the Seeno family.
Carasis is in prison at this time and Bustos was on a suspended sentence.
At the most recent Gaming Commission hearing, Seeno III's attorney said his client has matured and understands the position he has put himself into. Seeno said he has learned to control his behavior. In an article published in Biker News in 2003, Seeno III said, "I have never done drugs."
The Peppermill Hotel and Casino in Reno is working at this time to develop a casino property just north of Sparks on the Pyramid Lake Highway. Hearings for that property have not begun, and as a licensee, the Seeno family will again be grilled on their associations. The city of Reno and county of Washoe have put a six month moratorium on new neighborhood casinos, and whether this fits that model isn't clear at this time. The casino would be inside the city of Sparks.
In 2002, Albert Seeno Jr. was fined $1 million when he "pulled the plug" on ponds that were inhabited by red-legged frogs, protected by the Endangered Species Act. Protected since 1996, the frogs in the ponds died. As part of the court action, Seeno was also told to set aside 640 acres, that's one square mile, of his own private property as habitat for the endangered species.
Seeno was looking to construct some 3,200 homes in Pittsburg, California at the time. The fine and other penalties resulting from his action are believed to be one of the most severe ever imposed for a violation of the Endangered Species Act.
The original complaint filed by the Nevada Gaming Control Board, a 28-count complaint, resulted in a fine of $775,000. With 28 counts, if Seeno Jr., had been fined the maximum, the total could have been as much as $2.8 million.
A gaming license in Nevada is a privilege, and the Gaming Control Board with its parent, the Nevada Gaming Commission does not believe in a slap on the wrist for those that break the trust. There are probably more people denied licenses than have ever been licensed.
ARTICLE#3 -APPLICABLE TO THE “PATCHING OVER” AND “HELLS ANGELS FRAUD AND GO – BETWEEN PROCEDURES” - ON THIS SITE:
The HELLS ANGELS ARE EXPANDING in B.C. by SETTING UP new PUPPET clubs in an attempt to counter law-enforcement efforts that have led to several high-profile arrests and convictions in recent months, The Vancouver Sun has learned. (NOTE: This is done pretty much internationally).
The Vancouver Hells Angels chapter has set up the Outcasts support club in the last year, which is now fully operational and ready to expand into Surrey, RCMP Chief Supt. Bob Paulson, a biker gang expert based in Ottawa, said Thursday.
And the White Rock chapter has put together a proposal for its own puppet club called the Jesters. Details of the proposal were uncovered when White Rock sergeant-at-arms Villy Roy Lynnerup was arrested late last month with a gun at Vancouver International Airport, Paulson said.
He said the Hells Angels "west coast board of governors" gave its approval for the Outcasts some time ago, but the process was still underway for the Jesters when Lynnerup was arrested attempting to board a flight for Edmonton with a fully loaded Bryco .38-calibre pistol.
"The Outcasts have been around for about a year now and they are just firming up and they are not far from the White Rock chapter and the idea there is that the Outcasts are going to be looking at Surrey in a big way," Paulson said.
"And White Rock is seeking approval for the Jesters." Lynnerup, 41, now faces a series of charges and is out on bail. Richmond RCMP said after his arrest that Hells Angels documents were found in his luggage, including minutes of "officers' meetings." Lynnerup is not the only full-patch member of the club to run into legal trouble in the past year.
Vancouver chapter president Norman Edward Krogstad and Cedric Baxter Smith were sentenced to four years in jail last November for 11 counts of cocaine trafficking. And David Patrick O'Hara, who was affiliated with the Angels puppet club, The Renegades, pleaded guilty to trafficking and weapons possession.
A Hells Angels member and two alleged associates are due to go to trial in September on a series of charges related to production and trafficking of crystal meth.
As well, a new book on the bikers, called Angels of Death, says federal income tax investigators have launched an offensive against the Hells Angels in B.C., who are among the WEALTHIEST bikers (ORGANIZATION) in Canada. Paulson said the new support clubs are an attempt by the Hells Angels to distance themselves from illegal activity by allowing the other biker groups to do the work.
"We actually have full patches hand-on so that is a very bad practice in their world. So this is a response to our enforcement practices is to build up the support clubs and have them do the work," Paulson said.
“THEY ARE REALLY IN A BAD WAY, THE HELLS ANGELS ON THE WEST COAST”, and they are really disturbed by what we have done. So these support clubs are a way of distancing themselves. And that is their solution to get these support clubs to assume the risk. THAT IS WHAT THEY HAVE DONE EVERYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD and that's what they have done in Eastern Canada."
The challenge for police is to make the link between the two organizations in criminal cases and to prove criminal conspiracy under Canada's new anti-gang laws, he said.
"That is the challenge for us is to put that proof forward," Paulson said.
When Lynnerup was arrested last month, Hells Angels' spokesman Rick Ciarniello said he was stunned.
"I'm absolutely flabbergasted that this has happened," he told The Vancouver Sun.
"This is so absurd, it almost sounds like a set up.” COMMENT: (DAMN – TO BAD, IT’S LONG OVER DUE - Look at the issues in general per this web site … AND THEY STILL CONTINUE WITH ALL OF THEIR ADDITIONAL ABUSE AS PER THIS SITE REPORT).
