Thank you for registering for classes from Family Connections, hopefully this tutorial will guide you through the process to register for classes. If you have already been taking classes from Family Connections you already have an account. So with a couple of clicks you will be ready to go!!

To register for classes visit our Lane Community College Website and Click on the Blue Button “Class Registration” at the bottom of the page. The First window you see will be the login in page.

STEP 1: Log In

Because you already have an account click Forgot password.

This will bring you to a page where you can enter your email address.

This needs to be the same email we have on file.

After you retrieve the password from your email account you can log in!

STEP 2: Search for Classes

You must select the TERM you are search for and then you can search for classes by Core Knowledge Category or Instructor, or you can simply click SEARCH and you will see all of our classes.

STEP 3: Sign Up On the Classes Screen you will see the list of classes with brief descriptions, time, date, CKC and SET level and Seat Availability (if there are openings) and Tuition(cost of the class).

Once you are ready click REGISTER

STEP 4: Select Students

Once you select REGISTER the next page will ask you to choose who you are registering for. This is mostly significant if you are the person in your program that registers others and pays for others. (IE a center that pays the cost for staff to attend trainings)

If you are the only person on your account click yourself and then REGISTER

If you have multiple people under your account, this is the place you can select multiple people to register for this class all at the same time. Cool huh!!

If you do not see someone from your staff in student list please call us to get them set up and linked to your account. If you choose ADD a new Student they could end up with multiple accounts.

Once you have selected who should attend this class click REGISTER.

You should then see the Class appear in the Pending Registrations Window and you can either SEARCH for more Classes, see the details of the class you selected or click

Complete your registration.

STEP 5: Payments

Once you select Complete Registration you will be directed to a payment window that will outline what you owe. If this is the class you want and you are ready to pay click CONTINUE.

You will be directed to a payment screen. It is very important that the address of on this screen matches the billing address of the credit card.

Once you make that payment you will be sent a receipt to your email on file.

STEP 6: View or Print CONFIRMATIONS

To view or print your confirmation to see the location of the class or to make any changes to your account Click SEARCH to return to the Landing Page and MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page. If you click HOME you will be directed back to our Lane Community College Website.

From there you can click Contacts to ee who is listed under your account, please do not ADD a new contact here, call our office to add a new person to your account. You can also view and print your confirmations, Receipts for Payments and update your contact information.
