Memorandum of Undertaking
2018NPL & State League Competitions /

OVERVIEW

This Memorandum of Undertaking (MOU) defines a player and club’s commitment to each other for the 2018 Football season. The MOU is provided to confirm registration prior to the opening of the MyFootballClub registration system at a dayto be confirmed, following which all registrations must be completed via the MyFootballClub system.

This process is intended to provide comfort to players and clubs alike that any commitment entered into prior to information being entered to the MyFootballClub system will be honoured.

The MOU is valid for both amateur and professional player registration. In order for the document to be valid for professional players it must be supported by a duly signed professional player contract.

The MOU is for the benefit of the players and clubs, and both parties should retain a copy of the signed document. Football NSW will only require a copy should there be a dispute relating to player registration once the required information is entered into the MyFootballClub system.

This MOU is valid from the date of signing until 31 January 2018 or when the player is registered to MyFootballClub, whichever is earliest.
