Southern DIG(Discipline Input Group)
Nearly 300 faculty participated in the March 11 DIG in Irvine. Many thanks to the CSU and 9 CCC Articulation Officers that participated in the Southern DIG.
Fall 2011 DIGS tentatively scheduled for October 14 (South) and October 21, 2011 (North)

  • 18 CCCs have courses on the approved C-ID list which can be found at
  • NOW is the time for CCCs to submit their CoRs!
  • Faculty Review Discipline Groups (FDRGs)have been trained in the course review process and course review decisions are being turned out in a very timely manner (goal = within one month)
  • SOME HELPFUL HINTS to make the process run more smoothly and help insure approval:
  • Up load the CoR directly or link to the most recent CoR
  • If you use OSCAR outlines, make sure that it is not older than 5 years
  • If your course was approved for a TCSU number, be sure to identify that on the submission page; no additional course information is necessary
  • If necessary, your entries in C-ID can be updated or deleted at any time before FDRG review begins
  • If CoRs were entered in Fall 2010 or early 2011, it is possible that your TCSU # was not identified – please go in and update your CoR with that information
  • More than one course can be entered for a descriptor
