THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Howard Leopold Morry of
Ferryland in the Province of
Newfoundland in the Dominion of Canada, Retired.
I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore
made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
I appoint my son William of Ferryland aforesaid Manager sole
Executor of this will.
I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary
expenses as soon after my decease as possible.
I give devise and bequeath ALL THAT triangular piece or parcel of
land situate at Ferryland aforesaid measuring One hundred and
twenty five feet (125’) by the middle lane; One hundred and forty
feet (140’) by the back lane; and Two hundred and eight three feet
(283’) by property of my Executor, the said William Morry, TOGETHER
WITH the bungalow erected thereon and the contents thereof onto my
son Howard G. Morry to be his absolutely.
I give and bequeath and monies payable under any Policy or Policies
of Life Insurance and any monies to my credit in any bank or banks
unto my son the said Howard G. Morry to be his absolutely.
I give devise and bequeath ALL THAT piece or parcel of land situate
On the waterside of the Highroad between Calvert and Ferryland
unto my sons the said William Morry and the said Howard G. Morry
to be theirs absolutely as Tenants in Common.
All the rest residue and remainder of my estate of every kind
Whatsoever and wheresoever situate I give devise and bequeath unto
my son the said William Morry to be his absolutely.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto my hand subscribed and set at
St. John’s in the Province of Newfoundland aforesaid
this 19th Day of December Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and
