    Our preliminary assessment process will be proceededupon your submission. And the overall assessment result will be announcedafter 10 April 2017. For the successful applicant, please pay the full payment within 2 weeks after notification. The payment information will be provided. Please also provide payment receipt proof for our reference. PART VI / AGREEMENT

I hereby certify that all of the above information is correct. I understand that the application will be disregarded and the group’s participation will be disqualified if any of the above information and attached materials are not true or intentionally modified.

I understand that World Youth and Children Choral Artists' Association (WYCCAA)and Hong Kong Treble Choirs’ Association are the organizers of the 2017World Youth & Children’s Choir Festival (WYCCF) - Hong Kong. The Chinese Society for Music Education (CSME) and China Music Education are the co-presenters of festival. And the Musica Connection is the supporter of the festival.

I understand that World Youth and Children Choral Artists' Association (WYCCAA) reserves all rights to vary or terminate the offers and programs at any time. In case of any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition and all events’ arrangements, the decision of World Youth and Children Choral Artists' Association (WYCCAA) should be the final.

I also understand and agree that World Youth and Children Choral Artists' Association (WYCCAA)and the Organizing Committee of 2017World Youth & Children’s Choir Festival - Hong Kong have the final and absolute rights to amend and decide the distribution of all awards and prizes without giving prior notification. Decisions given by the jury will be final and any breach of the Festival Regulations by any of the group member will lead to disqualification.

The participating choir/group hereof undertake that World Youth and Children Choral Artists' Association (WYCCAA): 1) has all rights to record and photograph all performances and/or competitions 2) has all rights to broadcast and/or publish the recorded materials and photographs taken during and after the Festival and 3) retains the copyrights of all sorts of recorded materials and photographs taken in the Festival.

  • Due to the limited seats and overwhelming response, extra F&B fee of HKD630/ personrequired for attending
    welcoming banquet with international renowned choral experts. Thank you for your kind understanding.
  • In case of any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition and all events’ arrangements, the
    decision of WYCCAA should be the final.
