Yong: Why you make the changes
Eldad: We are encoding this now. You have to do it before scrambling the code.
Eldad: I believe in TGac we decided to scramble the padding bits and the tail.
Raja: This is different from 11n
Eldad: yes, because we doing the padding differently
Raja: I’ll double check.
Minho: what is usage do you have in mind?
Youhan: I don’t have right now

Minho: How about adding comments about non-contiguous transmission?
Eldad: Does it affect coexistence than I already described. The point is not to explain to 802.19 802.11ac features.
