This Conference Will Host up to 100 Participants. to Make This More Cost Effective Based

The Michigan Trauma Coalition (MTC) requests your attendance as a vendor at our Michigan Injury Prevention Symposium which will be held on May 21, 2014 at the Lansing Community College. This conference is being co-sponsored by the Michigan Trauma Coalition and representatives from the following hospitals: Botsford Hospital, MidMichigan Medical Center, Borgess Hospital, St. John Providence Hospital, St. John Hospital & Medical Center, Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, Henry Ford Macomb Hospital, and McLaren Macomb Hospital.

This conference will host up to 100 participants. To make this more cost effective based on the attendance size; we are lowering our traditional free from $350 to only $100 for your vendor display at our symposium. The anticipated audience includes physicians, nurses, prevention specialist, and pre-hospital providers from throughout Michigan.

The exhibit area will be open from registration at approximately 7:00 am until the completion of the conference at approximately 5:00 pm. If you chose to do so, it will be acceptable to leave after our afternoon session is in progress (after the lunch break ends). The display fee of $100 includes one display table and one lunch. Additional participants are welcome with an additional fee of $25 per person to cover food expenses. Our vendor space is very limited so it will be on a first come-first serve basis. Your space is guaranteed once your payment is received.
