This Code of Conduct forms part of the terms and conditions of your services to the company
REQUIREMENTS:
- All Door Supervisors must clearly and prominently display their SIA badge at all times whilst on duty.
- All Door Supervisors must wear the correct dress code applicable to the venue. Under NO circumstances must Door Supervisorsoperate or be on duty without wearing full and correct uniform.
- Uniforms must be clean and in good condition whilst on duty to portray a smart well presented image.
- Smoking, Eating, Drinking or Chewing Gum whilst on duty is strictly prohibited other than in designated areas.
- You must ensure your posture and body language is correct and is not threatening or intimidating. Do not lean on walls and doors and do not congregate or stand together in ways that look like “ganging-up”.
- Drinking Alcohol either before or on duty is strictly prohibited (Anyone consuming or under the influence of alcohol whilst on duty will be dismissed)
- The use of bad language is prohibited (swearing, verbal insults, shouting, threatening behaviour etc)
- All customers must be greeted in a polite and courteous manner that complies with the venues policy of customer “meet and greet” and allows you to be approachable. Doors must be held open for entry and exit.
9.Do not permit underage persons to enter the premises. If in doubt ask for photographic proof of age
10.Under NO circumstances will discriminatory behaviour of any kind be tolerated
11.Personal “Guests” must be approved by Saint Security Ltd management andthe Venue Management before arrival (This approval must be sought on every occasion)
12.All personal fraternising with the public (either friends or others) must be limited to a level that supports the Venue management requirements for customer care.
13.All Venue documentation must be completed correctly and includes: Signing In/Out, Incidents, Seized Goods Records, Venue Instructions etc.
14.The requirements of the Venue Instructions must be adhered to all times by all Door Supervisors
15.The Venue Instructions must be signed to confirm you have read them and understood them
16.You must remain polite and courteous to all customers, management and staff at all times.
- You must co-operate fully with Emergency services and SIA enforcement officers
- Any physical relationships between door and venue staff may result in the member of door staff being moved to another venue.
- Breeches of the above rules will result in disciplinary actions being taken.
