1.Abstracts of papers will be printed in the program bulletin and the author who registers in absentia will be sent the conference program bulletin and CD by February 28, 2013.
2.If co-authors require a certificate of in-absentia presentation, they need to send in registration separately.
3.If an author has two or more papers for in-absentia presentation, the above fee is applicable for each paper separately, and a separate reg. form and payment need to be sent.
