1.0OPENING COMMENTS
1.1Call to Order / Quorum Check
The HT-STSTG was called to order at 4:00 p.m., 2-Mar-2015.
The HT-STSTG is a Sub-Team that meets in correspondence with the Heat Treat Task Group (HTTG) during Nadcap meetings.
It was verified that only SUPPLIER MEMBERS were in attendance and invited Subscribers.

2.0Presentations - open
A presentation was given to the latest assignment by the task group „standardization of forms, instrument calibration”. The presentation which included a master form for instrument calibration and SAT test was very well received and sparkled a discussion with the participating participants as well as the subscribers attending the meeting. The input to the presented masters was highly appreciated. The discussion on these presented masters was eating up most of the two hours of meeting. The received input was immediately included to the forms for the presentation of the masters to the task group next day.
3.0OLD Business – open
Task Group Assignments: Open item from Feb 2014 meeting: Task group to present proposed actions to eliminate top 10 reasons for heat treat NCR’s. As the team was disrupted based on individual work load of the participants the major task was reassembling of the team and readdressing the tasks amongst the members, up to now one of the top 10 NCR’s (the most significant) is addressed to give assistance in avoiding it during an audit. This one master will be used to work down the others in the same style. The team hopes to show more of its work to this addressed activity at the Montreal meeting.

No new business to discuss at this time.
5.0OPen – forum – Discussion of HTTG Supplier issues – open
A couple of questions were asked around the HT activity some more general some in clear context to AMS 2750 all questions could be answered during the meeting ether by the members of the HTSTSTG or by Marcel Cuperman (the work group always appreciates the help and assistance of Mr. Cuperman). Sorry for not being more specific on the questions asked but as the Vice Chairman William Rogers was not attending the meeting this time the Chairman had to do the notes by himself while presenting and leading the meeting, multitasking has an end at some point.

Agenda will be the same as the March 2015 meeting.
