These Conditions shall be read in conjunction with General Condition of Contract (GCC) enclosed along with the tender enquiry. In case of any conflict or inconsistency, the requirement of SCC shall prevail over the GCC.

The cardboard tubes to be supplied as per BHEL requirements as and when required to the required size and specification.

Note: It is Vendor's responsibility to ensure availability of Trucks well in advance for dispatch of material as per P.O’s placed time to time. It is also the vendor’s responsibility to ensure material is dispatched through shortest possible route.
Price basis / Firm, till the completion of contract. F.O.R. BHEL-EPD Bangalore, inclusive of Taxes and duties. Validity of the offer shall be till the completion of ARC period. L-1 status will be arrived at the total landing cost.
Inspection, Acceptance & Rejection / The routine inspection & acceptance of material shall be done at BHEL-EPD, Bangalore as per the drawing. However BHEL reserves the right to make pre dispatch inspection of materials at vendors place.The rejected lots should be lifted by vendor on his own cost within 15 days’ notice, failing which BHEL shall not be liable for the material. The material with treated as scrap and no further claim will be entertained.
LD Clause / Late delivery attracts liquidated damage charges @ 0.5% per week upto 10% of the pending P.O.quantity
Unloading at EPD / In the scope of BHEL-EPD, Bengaluru.
Period of Rate Contract / The rate contract shall be valid for one year from the date of issue orupto the delivery period of the last manufacturing clearance issued within the year, whichever is later. The rate contract shall be extendable for one more year on the same rates and terms & conditions with mutual consent.
Delivery Schedule / Delivery shall be staggered as per the P.O. issued by BHEL. Delivery of the items shall be within 15 days from the date of manufacturing clearance issued by BHEL.
Guarantee Certificate / Not applicable.
Submission of Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) / Not Applicable.
Integrity Pact / Not Applicable.
Organization Chart / The bidder shall submit the overall organization chart along with contact details/mobile no. of officials dealing with this contract package for engineering, supply & Quality.
Bidder shall furnish the reference list with contact number, including especially Indian customers, if any.
Load sharing / 100% of the quantity will be on L-1 vendor
In case of more than one vendor having same ranking, the load share will be equally distributed among such vendors.

- Original Invoice & duplicate for transporter
- Consignee copy of LR
- Packing list (Drawing nos. as per P.O) clearly showing the no. of boxes.
- Copy of manufacturing clearance given by BHEL
