This office has asked all SSAs vide office letter dated 26-11-09 , 18-12-09 & 07-01-2010 to intimate whether the billing in r/o all VPN members of Haryana Govt. and its PSUs is being done or not. The compliance is still awaited from all SSAs except JIND & HISAR.

The billing data of each VPT is desired to be uploaded in VPTMS Module by this office vide this office letter.No.USO/HR/website updation/VPTMS Module /2009-10/45 Dated 02.01.2010 latest by 10.01.2010. Item No.2 VPT installation in newly identified uncovered village as per census-2001

The VPT installation work of balance uncovered villages of GRG is still pending for 7 villages in Gurgaon SSA.

Item. No. 3 Regarding Supply of VPT data for all inhabited villages as per census-2001 in 17 column format

The required report was desired by this office vide endst.no. USO/HR/website updation/VPTMS Module/33 dated 30.12.09 up to 03.01.2010. On checking data it is found that the data received from SSAs is not in proper format. It is requested to kindly arrange to submit your VPT data as per census-2001 according to the format earliest.

Item No.5:- USO subsidy claim for Q.E.31.12.2009 (Time Bound)

The USO subsidy claim for Q.E.31.12.2009 is still awaited from all SSAs except FBD SSA on e-mail which is desired before 10.01.2010. So you are requested to please take immediate action to submit your SSA claims in r/o VPTs (OPEX, RA, RB, RCP &new VPT as per census-2001), Rural DELs installed between 01.04.2002 to 31.03.2005 and Rural Broadband connection claim to this office as all USO subsidy claims are Time Bound.

Item No. 6 Reply of discrepancies of Broadband claims for Q.E. 31.03.09 &30.06.2009

CCA DOT has with held an USO claim Rs.15096044 & disallowed Rs.1213470/-for Broadband, for Q.E.31.03.09(USO Plans),31.03.09(all plans) and Q.E 30-06-2009 due to certain discrepancies in the claims. The reply of discrepancies pointed out by CCA Haryana while settling the Broadband claim of above Qtrs. were forwarded to SSA Heads on 16.12.2009, also available on intranet Haryana site, is still awaited from Ambala, Gurgaon, Hisar & Sonepat SSAs despite regular pursuance on telephone with concerned officers.

Item No.7 Reply of discrepancies of VPTs claims (OPEX, RA, RB, and RCP) for Q.E.30.06.09

An amount of Rs. 1383649/= is disallowed for USO claim for VPTs for Q.E. 30.06.09 due to certain discrepancies in the claims. The discripancies received from CCA Haryana were forwarded to all SSAs vide this office letter no.USO/HR/CCA discrepancies/2009-10/2 dated 16.11.2009 for reply but no reply received from any SSA till date.
