  • Carol Steltenkamp, MD, MBA UK HealthCare Chief Medical Information Officer and Associate Professor of Pediatrics.

  • Expertise includes the selection, implementation, and evaluation of clinical systems. With previous funding from AHRQ and the Commonwealth Fund she has studied how the EMR can affect the relationship between a tertiary medical center and its primary care partners.
  • Chair of the Kentucky eHealth Network Board and is the recently elected President of the non-profit Kentucky eHealth Network Corporation.
