Conference Expenses: $160 CDN for early bird registration (until April 30, 2010), $200 CDN for later applications. The registration fee covers WSCF membership, room, and board at Carleton University’s Lanark House residence. Limited bursaries are available. Participants are encouraged to ask their campus ministries, home communities, and faith communities for support in fostering the next generation of progressive spiritual leaders.

As a voluntary participant in this program, I agree to respect the bodily, mental, and spiritual integrity of myself and others. I commit myself to respecting the group and those welcoming us. I will welcome each individual who wishes to join us and recognize the gifts that the diversity of our ethnicities, genders, abilities, religious affiliations & theologies, sexual orientations, political views and identities bring to this programme. I have read the SCM's Anti-Oppression Covenant (http://www.scmcanada.org/oppression) and agree to uphold in my actions and words its intent during my time at this program. I will strive to ensure this gathering is safe and supportive of all participants – regardless of sexual/gender identity, ethnic background, economic status, and theological/political background, and will strive to challenge oppression in any of its forms.
I hereby confirm that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the World Student Christian Federation North American Region’s “Let There Be Life? Christian Activism, Social Justice and the Future of the Earth” Conference, June 10-13 2010. I expressly and voluntarily assume all such risks that may result from my participation. By submitting this form, I allow the release of photographs or videos produced by the WSCF-NA which contain or bear my image to become creative property of the WSCF-NA and used for WSCF-NA-related purposes and publicity.
For safety reasons, I may request that photos and videos not be published with my image; however, I hereby acknowledge that I will not hold the WSCF-NA legally responsible should such images be released and recognize that this is essentially a public gathering.
