Offered by the Ohio Hospital Association, the Decontamination Training Web Site provides the latest free training on contaminated patient management and decontamination processes. Available through a robust online experience, the training is based upon the most recent guidance from the U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration.
Hospital employees assigned to decontamination teams can complete the Decontamination Team Operation Course. Within the course are 6 modules aimed at educating individuals to understand the process of decontamination in a working environment that is compliant with HAZWOPER regulations.
