The Watertown Varsity Dance Team Is Very Excited to Be Hosting the 2018 WACPC Regional

Dear Coach,

The Watertown Varsity Dance Team is very excited to be hosting the 2018 WACPC Regional Dance Championships! Please review the information on the website and contact me immediately if there are any needed corrections. Please frequently check for changes and updates.

Please review the WACPC state-qualifying policy. The policy is outlined in the competition handbook on the website.

The head coach is required to take online rules quiz and pass with a score of 85% or higher to compete at WACPC events. The quiz must be completed prior to the competition, or you will not be allowed to compete. Please review your copy of the National Federation Spirit Rule Book and the WACPC Competition Handbook. If you have rules-related questions, please contact . Head coaches that attended district rules meetings are exempt from taking the rules quiz.

Remember, all paperwork (team liability, signed registration, tax except form (CES), membership current) and payment must have been mailed to WACPC prior to the competition. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE WITHOUT THEM!

All teams, spectators, and bus drivers must enter through the main entrance. Buses may drop the teams off at the main entrance, but must park at Brandt Quirk Park on the corner of Carriage Hill and Endeavour Drive- a map will be posted at wacpc.com.

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave all valuables, such as jewelry, at home.

Only WACPC member coaches and registered athletes/team personnel with the appropriate wristband will be allowed in the warm-up gym, locker rooms, and team hallways. All non-WACPC members or team personnel not registered with the team must go through general admissions and are not allowed in team only areas. Please notify your staff, parents and fans of this! Anyone violating this rule will be asked to leave the area. If problems persist, your team may receive a violation.

Spectator admission is $5.00 for adults, children 5 and under free. A variety of concessions will be available in the Commons all day; no carry-ins please. Extra event T-shirts will be available while supplies last.

Please remind your parents and fans of the Sportsmanship and Videotaping policies. Also ask them not to save seats in the bleachers. Do not bring pillows, duffle bags, etc. into the gymnasium.

The WACPC is dedicated to providing quality experiences for you and your athletes. If you have any questions, contact me at . If you encounter travel difficulty on Saturday, call me at 414-303-0763. WACPC will not cancel the event due to weather!
