75% of Entry Fee to be paid out in cash
Lunker pot will be 100% pay back at $10.00 per boat

In consideration for the acceptance of my registration as a participant in the above entitled event, and with the understanding that my participation in this event is only on condition that I enter into this agreement, for myself, my heirs and assigns, I hereby assume the inherent and extraordinary risks inherent in any other activities connected with this event in which I may voluntarily participate. I expressly assume the risk of and accept full responsibility for any and all injuries (including death) and accidents which may occur as a result of my participation in this event and release the Town of Butler and each of their agents, representatives and employees. I hereby waive any claim I may hereafter have as a result of my participation in this event, and any other activities connected with this event in which I may voluntarily participate. I hereby agree to indemnify all of the above named persons for any and all claims including attorney’s fees and costs, which may be brought against any of them by anyone claiming to have been injured as a result of any injury to me of my property which may occur as a result of the event. I certify that I have read and fully understand this release. I am of lawful age and legally competent to make this agreement.

Official Rules of Tournament
1.All boats must launch at the Tuscahoma Park Landing. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2.Limit of two (2) fishermen per boat.
3.Any boat not checked in, at official check-in site by 3:00 pm will be disqualified. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4.Only artificial baits will be used.
5.Only one (1) rod in use at any time. NO jigger poles allowed.
6.Fish size limit no less than 12 inches. Fish will be measured with golden rule.
(If you have a fish under 12” you lose that and big fish)
7.Limit of five (5) fish per boat.
8.Live well will be checked before tournament begins.
9.All state and local laws will be obeyed.
10.Life jackets must be worn during blast off.
11.Only largemouth and spotted bass will be weighed in.
12.Fishermen can not leave the boat.
13.No early weigh-ins.
14.All boats must have live well; no stringers, coolers or iced down fish.
15.Each dead fish weighed in will result in a two ounce (2 oz) penalty from the total creel.
16.All decisions by tournament officials will be final.
17. Any suspicious fish will be examined by the tournament committee and could result in disqualification.
18.Any grievance must be submitted to the tournament committee before or during the weigh-in.
