Field Day 2018

We are looking forward to a great day of FUN Water Everywhere Activities!! We have divided classes to best meet the needs of students’ at each grade level. There will be a variety of exciting water adventure activities and Fun for everyone! Thank you parents for sharing your time and talents! We really do appreciate the joy and enthusiasm that you provide. We are seeking Parent and Alumni Volunteers! It will be a fun filled adventurous afternoon of Water Slides, and Challenges for ALL students Enjoy!

Schedule of Events and detail descriptions will be available soon. The day will be filled with Fun games and water events- So we are praying for a lot of Sunshine!

What to wear:

Swim suits are a must- Students must wear swim suit underneath clothing to school that day. Students will NOT be allowed to change into swimsuits at school.

All Girls- Grades 4-7, must wear one-piece swimsuits under clothing. Tankini or Sun shirts are allowed (no bare mid-sections visible). Bring a change of t-shirt and shorts for after water activity.

What to bring:

Everyone’s enthusiasm and school Spirit is required! It will be a very wet Fun Filled Day-

Our very own Pool Party!!

Water bottles and personal towel to dry off are a MUST!

Sunscreen is a Must! Please apply sunscreen before coming to school.

Bug spray is a Must!

Large Towel to sit on (wherever there is a dry space on the ground) during popsicle social

Recommended that students pack a small bag with their name on it to keep up with their personal belongings

Each class should arrange to keep up with their supply of water bottles, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. as they move from station to station.

Lunch

Hot Lunch menu will be Hot Dogs, Chips and sliced apples that dayand must be purchased through normal hot lunch procedure. However, we are requesting a lunch count the week before- No later than Thursday 5/31.This will assist in planning, purchasing, and serving lunches in a short amount of time. The timeframe for lunch is scheduled from 11:00-11:20.

If the student doesn’t order hot lunch, he/she must bring their own lunch. Students will have the opportunity eat their lunch in their classrooms or if the parent volunteers permit, they are allowed to eat outside with their volunteers.
