LOOP is a rapidly growing Outreach Provision for children who are unable to attend school for a diverse numberof reasons. LOOP began in 2015 as tailored outreach support for Langham Oaks School, a special needs provision based in Langham, just north of Colchester. LOOP is now a direct part of the SEAX Trust, supporting pupils within the Trust’s range of special schools and beyond, within other special and mainstream schools across Essex.

This is an exciting new post, bespoke to the SEAX Multi-Academy Trust, whichoffers

the autonomy of developing Finance, Human Resources and Office Administration for LOOP, with the on-going support of the central SEAX Trust Team.

The LOOP Administrator will be key in ensuring highly effective financial, HR and administration support for the Outreach Provision Manager and staff. The working hours will be 30 per week (to be arranged), for 39 school weeks per annum plus two weeks during the school closure period.

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to help shape this newly developing provision and, in turn, transform the life chances of young people in Essex.

*Please Note that this post will be based initially at Langham Oaks School in Langham, Colchester. However, there is a likelihood that the LOOP Office will move to another SEAX Trust venue in the coming year. Hence the reason for the fixed term nature of this post.
