5K and 10K Road Races
Dear Friend,
The Monticello Rotary Club is preparing for the 36th Annual Monster Run-a-thon fund-raiser that will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2015. Each year this community event, also known as “The Monster Classic 5K and 10K Road Races”, draws hundreds of walkers, runners and spectators from all over New York State. We expect another very large turnout for this year’s event. Proceeds from the 2015 Monster Classic race help the Monticello Rotary club carryout several community projects throughout the year, and also provide financial support for our Boys & Girls Clubs in Sullivan County!
As with all successful fund-raising events, we need sponsors! We need you! As a sponsor, depending on the category you select, your company name or logo would appear on all public relations materials including newspaper ads, posters, hundreds of runner’s t-shirts, and the Monster Classic registration application. Your company sponsorship would also be mentioned during race day activities and during radio coverage.
SPONSOR CATEGORIES:
PLATINUM SPONSOR- $1000.00
Company name/logo will be prominently displayed on the back of the Monster T-Shirt, listed on handouts at upcoming race events, print and radio ads, and on event posters. Your company will be recognized as a Platinum Sponsor at the race award ceremony.
GOLD SPONSOR- $500.00
Company name/logo will be printed on the back of event T-Shirts, on handouts at upcoming race events, and on event posters. Your company will be recognized as a Gold Sponsor at the race award ceremony.
SILVER SPONSOR - $250.00
Company name/logo will be printed on the back of event T-Shirts and on handouts at upcoming race events. Your company will be recognized as a Silver Sponsor at the race award ceremony
BRONZE SPONSOR - $125.00
Company name will be printed on the Monster registration form and on the back of event T-Shirts. Company will be recognized as a Bronze Sponsor at the race award ceremony.
