Dear Michael and Anne:

Welcome to Cypress Greens!

We are pleased to have you as a neighbor in this community of 71 homes.Prior to purchasing your property the Association’s controlling documents should have been provided to you. If you need them please contact me for copies of the Declaration, By-laws, and Rules and Regulations.A 2009 Homeowners Directory is currently being developed. You may view the directory on the website, CypressGreensHOA.com. Enclosed are my business card and two newsletters. One provides instructions for registering which allows you to access information confidential to members. Please provide information you desire to be published in the directory. Include such items as names, phone number, e-mail address, plus names and ages of children living at home and those interested in jobs babysitting, pet sitting, lawn mowing, and snow removal. From time to time information is provided on the website and by email to all owners who provide an email address.

The annual assessment is currently $___.00 with $___.00 due by the first day of each quarter. A reminder statement is provided prior to the due date. After a 10 day grace period an account isdelinquent and is charged a late fee of $10.00 per month. DARCO conducts periodic inspections for Covenant compliance. You may call at any time regarding a problem or Covenant violation.

The Board of Directors of the Association is comprised of five owners. Elections are held at each annual meeting for a three year term.You are encouraged to actively participate in the subdivision and in City of Lone Tree activities. You may wish to check out the City web site at

Trash is picked up Wednesdays by Pro Waste Disposal, phone: 303791-3827. Place trash in containers near the sidewalk after sundown on Tuesday. The City of Lone Tree currently pays for trash pickup and they remove snow from the streets. The HOA provides for removal of snow from sidewalks when there is over 2 inches. Vehiclesmust be parked in the garage with the garage door closed when not in use. If you have more cars than garage spaces,driveway parkingis allowed. Street parking is not allowed except temporarily by guests.
