The decision of PTI on both the empanelment and award of specific order shall be final and no queries or appeal for review - shall be entertained.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

Please submit the below mentioned documents:

1. Copies of Registration Certificate of CST / VAT / TIN No. /ESI / PF

2. Attested copy of PAN issued by Income Tax Department.

3. Registration Certificates with DGS&D/NCCF, if any.

4. List of products along with specifications, make and model.

5. Current dealership agreement from Principal/Manufacturer along with SSI/NSIC certificate

6. Audited Statement of Accounts for the last three financial years.

7. Affidavit/ undertaking of not being blacklisted by any Govt. Agency/ department.

8. Affidavit/ undertaking that vendor fulfill the statutory compliance requirements of contract labour.

9. List of clients presently being served with Contact name & address with mobile no.

10. Bank Details on letter head along with cancelled cheque.

11. Offers should be accompanied by a DD of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) in favour of “The Press Trust of India Ltd." payable n at Delhi towards the processing fee.

12. Last date for submission: 31st October, 2016

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The vendor from the empanelled list winning specific quotation will be responsible for supplying the items in required quality and quantity.

2. The validity of empanelment will be for 3 years.

3. The decision of PTI on both the empanelment and award of specific order shall be final and no queries or appeal for review shall be entertained.

4. PTI reserves the right to cancel the panel and a specific job at any time without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

5. PTI also reserves the right to restrict the opportunity to bid for a specific supply to a limited number of vendors in the panel.

6. The vendor should not assign or sublet the empanelment or any part of it to any other vendor in any form. Failure to do so shall result in termination of empanelment.

7. PTI may reject any application on the basis of unsatisfactory performance of the vendor in any ongoing job or any similar job or for furnishing false information/declaration in the application.

8. Price Variation Clause: During the validity of the empanelment including the extended period, if the vendor sells any empanelled item to any other department / Organization at a price lower than the price fixed for PTI, the vendor must voluntarily pass on the price difference to PTI with immediate effect.

9. All disputes in this connection are subject to adjudication in Delhi jurisdiction only.

10. Detailed verification shall be carried out by PTI later. However additional information as and when required by PTI shall be produced by the applicant.
