The President shall:

·  Have overall responsibility of the operation of the Panhellenic Council.

·  Call & preside at all meetings of the Panhellenic Council and Panhellenic Council Executive Board Meetings.

·  Serve as an ex-officio member of all Panhellenic Association committees with voice but no vote.

·  Communicate regularly with the Panhellenic advisor.

·  Be familiar with the NPC Manual of Information and all governing documents of this association.

·  Ensure that the NPC annual report is completed.

·  Communicate regularly with the NPC area advisor.

·  Maintain current copies of the following: California State University, San Bernardino Panhellenic Association bylaws and standing rules; the Panhellenic Association budget; contracts executed on behalf of the Panhellenic Association; correspondence and materials received from the NPC area advisor; all College Panhellenic reports to NPC; and other pertinent materials.

·  Review, approve and sign all Panhellenic Association checks and contracts involving the Panhellenic Association at California State University, San Bernardino.

·  Hold a minimum of two hours of office time per week.

·  Shall appoint all appointed officers with the consent of the Panhellenic Council with the exception of the Recruitment Counselor Coordinator, who will be appointed by the Vice President of Membership Recruitment.

·  In the event that there is an office without an officer, the President shall delegate the responsibilities to the appropriate officer.

·  Perform all other duties as assigned.

The Vice President shall:

·  Perform the duties of the president in her absence.

·  Organize fundraisers to raise money to support the Panhellenic Council.

·  Oversee expansion process.

·  Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate by the Panhellenic President.

The Vice President of Membership Recruitment Shall:

·  Organize fall recruitment and distribute any information pertaining to this event (flyers, information packets, mailers etc.) in a timely manner.

·  Organize an all sorority recruitment workshop each academic year.

·  Organize round tables each quarter with the assistant of the Panhellenic President and the Greek Advisor.

·  Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate by the Panhellenic President.

The Secretary shall:

·  Keep an up-to-date roll of the members of Panhellenic Council.

·  Keep current statistics concerning the number of initiated members and new members of each Panhellenic Association member fraternity.

·  Keep full minutes of all meetings of the Panhellenic Association at California State University, San Bernardino and its Panhellenic Council and a record of all action taken by the Executive board.

·  The meeting minutes shall be distributed the following week after each meeting to each officer by email as well as hard copies.

·  Maintain a complete and up-to-date file that includes the minutes of all meetings from the date of organization and current correspondence.

·  Send meeting minutes to the NPC area advisor.

·  Be responsible for the official correspondence of the Panhellenic Council unless otherwise provided for otherwise.

·  Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate by Panhellenic President.

The Treasurer shall:

·  Supervise the finances of the California State University, San Bernardino Panhellenic Association.

·  Prepare the annual budget and, after its approval by the Panhellenic Council, provide a copy to each California State University, San Bernardino Panhellenic Association member fraternity.

·  Receive all payments due to the Panhellenic Association, collect all dues and give receipts.

·  Pay promptly the annual NPC dues and all bills of the California State University, San Bernardino Panhellenic Association.

·  Maintain up-to-date financial records; give a financial report at each regular meeting of the Panhellenic Council and an annual report at the close of her term of office.

·  Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate by the Panhellenic President.

The Activities Director Shall:

·  Coordinate Greek Week activities with the IFC and USFC Activities Chair and have co-chair Greek Week meetings.

·  Coordinate inter-sorority activities to promote a Panhellenic Spirit including a New Member Presents Program in the fall, winter and in spring quarter include Greek Speaker.

·  Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate by the Panhellenic President.

The Judicial Director Shall:

·  Head the Judicial Committee.

·  Make sure that the Panhellenic Council has an understanding of the Panhellenic Constitution and Bylaws.

·  Handle all and any Panhellenic infractions/recruitment rush infractions.

·  Will revise and review the Panhellenic bylaws and constitution every spring quarter.

·  Keep up-to-date records of fines, rosters from each event, and other paper work that pertains to any judicial issues.

·  Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate by the Panhellenic President.

The Scholarship Director Shall:

·  Organize a scholarship banquet for all chapters once a year, in the spring quarter.

·  Collect additions and subtractions from the grade rosters of member chapters.

·  Arrange study tips, book exchanges, etc. to share with member chapters.

·  Complete all scholarship reports on time.

·  Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate by the Panhellenic President.

The Public Relations Director Shall:

·  Make and distribute flyers, or use newspaper, radio, social media, etc., to promote any fundraisers or events that Panhellenic organizes or is a sponsor of.

·  Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate by the Panhellenic President

Recruitment Counselor Coordinator Shall:

·  Review and update Recruitment Counselor applications and cover pages

·  Conduct Recruitment Counselor interviews

·  Select Recruitment Counselors with assistance from the VPMR

·  Conduct Recruitment Counselor workshops

·  Perform all other duties as deemed by the Panhellenic President
