Agenda items
Review Goals for remainder of year.
· Trenton Presentation, Tuesday, June 12th. Implement Projects. Planning will begin week of April 2 and continue after the vacation. Went over individual teacher projects (http://www.ciese.org/math/elizabeth/projects.html on website and reviewed what has been accomplished to date.
· Lesson Plan for MATRIX database. The third year requirement is to submit a lesson plan to the database at the Loti Lounge. http://www.lotilounge.com
· Loti Assessment. Everyone needs to complete the Loti assessment ASAP. Go to http://www.lotilounge.com to do that.
· Logs. Please submit all logs to Ihor by email ASAP. Your logs will be a part of your "portfolio" for year 3.
· Upcoming quarterly report. All Matrix participants must submit a paragraph or 2 commenting on impact of Matrix on your teaching. Deadline: Tuesday, April 3rd.
· Share projects with other schools in Elizabeth. Details to be announced at April meeting.
· Parent Breakfast to showcase projects. Sometime in May or early June. Mary Carson will work on the details and share with group at April 18th meeting.

Other Items
· Return TI Navigators. Westminster’s loaner suitcases have been sent back. We still need to send back the ones from McAuliffe and Battin. Ihor will be in on Tuesday, April 3rd to help with that.
· Plans/strategies for using the Smartboard for activity you will submit to the Matrix Database. Dates will be scheduled after the vacation. Everything should be scheduled by the next meeting.
· Schedule next meeting: Wednesday, April 25th. 3:15 in library.
