The parties agree to the following:
1 Relations between student Company are those established in this agreement, and there will exist no other work contract obligation whatsoever.
- The Professional Training Program established by the Company, and previously approved by the responsible for Professional Training of the University, is as follows:

3. The parties agree to a training period which will be carried out from the ...... to the ………………………………………………..
The estudent, during the training period, maintains his/her status as a student in the UPM.
4.With respect to the overseeing of the training program, the Company will designate a tutor who will be responsible for the evaluation of the student.

5.During the training period the student will be subject to Company rules as well as to its timetable. The student will make every possible effort to carry out the commended tasks.
6.The student guarantees to respect all confidential information and will maintain absolute discretion about all confidential matters during and after the placement.
7.No work contract will be formalized between the Company and the student, unless this agreement is expressly cancelled.
8.The UPM does not assume responsibility or any damages caused by the student and/or the Company during the training period.
- The Company will sign an insurance policy that will cover any possible damage that may occur to the student and/or the Company during the training period.
When due to negligence, the Company is responsible for the incurred damages, the difference between the amount insured and the damage that results, will be assumed by the Company.
- The student will receive a scholarship of ……………………………………………………
If the professional training is interrupted before the end date, the student will receive the above mentioned amount, unless the interruption is caused by the student.
11.The trainee will be responsible for all travel and living expenses. Necessary training expenses for the normal development of the placement will be assumed by the Company.
12.As it is mentioned in point 6 of this document, the company may revoke the present agreement if the student does not follow the instructions given by the company's tutor, or if he/she does not maintain absolute discretion about confidential matters.
UPM reserves the right to withdraw from this agreement should evidence arise that the main objetive of the professional training could not be met in accordance with the nature, content and level of the designated tasks.
In either case, the motives for the withdrawa must be clearly specified and communicated by letter from the parties at least one week in advance.
13.the present agreement is subject to the legal rules of the Country where it is granted.
