This course examines the six Pallisers novels of Anthony Trollope, a series that details the political and social fortunes of the Palliser family.

.3) Contribute to a civil classroom. When someone else is speaking, it is not a time for you to formulate your response; instead, it is a time for you to listen carefully and engage with the speaker.

Week Ten: Workshop of Paper Topics

Evaluations:

1.)One short, pre-circulated presentation paper (5 pages, on the novel for the week, double spaced, turned in on the Monday before class to the Courseworks page).

2.)Response to In-Class Presentations: Every week, you will be expected to engage with your classmates’ work.

3.)One term paper (12-15 pages) on a topic of your choosing. You will present a brief précis of the term paper in the last class session.

A general Trollope bibliography will be presented in class on the first day.
