Sunbeach Communications Inc: Directors have fixed March 2, 2007 as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company, to be held March 28th, 2007.

Almond Resorts Inc: Directors have fixed February 19, 2007 as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company, to be held March 16, 2007.

The West India Biscuit Company Limited: Directors have fixed February 14, 2007 as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company, to be held March 12, 2007.

DIVIDEND DECLARATION
