NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of thisfootpath in the Borough of Rushcliffe:
(1)No person shallproceed on foot,
in the following length of footpath:-
(i)Bingham Footpath No.8 (its entire length) from its junction with Bingham footpath No.7 by the railway station to its junction with Bingham footpath No.7 and No.31 at the far side of the playing field (a distance of 270 metres).
(2)The Order will not have the effect of preventing at any time access for pedestrians to premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which the Order relates, or to any premises only accessible to pedestrians from such a road.
(3)The Order will not have the effect of preventing at any time access for participants of the event.
(4)It is intended that the order will come into force at09.00 hourson Friday 7th July 2017 and continue in force until 17.00 hours on Sunday 9th July 2017.
