For showering our high school graduates with such love and blessing! Every graduating senior received a cross necklace from the church, monetary gift from the Fellowship Class, numerous cards and other personal gifts. Also, the United Methodist Men graciously provided each senior who’s continuing academic studies with a $500 scholarship. Congratulations and God’s blessing upon them all!

Remember Tuesday Morning PRAYER GATHERING, 8:30 in the Sanctuary. As desired and able, prayer walking follows the prayer gathering.
Yes! It’s summer!And we understand and expect some folks to have travel plans. When you are in town, be sure to be with your church family to WORSHIP the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY! And if out traveling for a while, please be faithful to worship in the area you’re visiting, to hold NUMC in prayer, andmindful to mail your tithe.
Essential 100 Bible Reading Plan Continues!We have four more weeks of New Testament lessons to read together. Summer, fall, winter, spring …. God’s word is both everlasting and new each morning. Our heavenly Father looks forward to every moment spent together in His word. Do you make this time a priority and cherish these moments also?
Mission Outreach! Jesus said, “When you’ve done it to any of these; you’ve done it unto Me.” Every quarter our church prepares and serves a lunch for the Seniors attending the Needville Ministerial Alliance Senior Program, held at Immanuel Evangelical Church. And they’re off! Four campers head to Lakeview for UMC camp on Sunday afternoon, June 11th. Please remember in your prayers – Cooper, Kennedy, Dionne, and Brody. May they experience God’s love in new and marvelous ways!
During worship on June 18, we will honor and bless Fathers! God our Father, in Your wisdom and love You made all things. Bless men who have taken upon themselves the responsibility ofparenting. Bless those who, for whatever reason, are parenting their children alone. Strengthen all Dads by Your love that they may become the loving, caring parent they’re meant to be. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
JUNE 25, GUEST PREACHER – Rev. W. C. Hall returns to NUMC to share His love for God and for you! He will preach from Matthew 10:27-33. AND he’s been encouraged to bring two books that he’s written, just in case you want to purchase a good read!
