Opening Scene
Fade into the city
The rooftops overlooking the city . . .
The lights around the city light up the nights sky . . .
Shot of a huge, Grey foot hits the rooftop and cracks the concrete all around
Shot of the huge man in a Grey suit covering his whole body running down the rooftop . . .
A street shot of the man as he jumps from one building to another
A shot of a money bag in his hand, shot of his face as he turns to see . . .
Spider-Man flying through the sky behind him . . .
He begins to quicken his pace . . .
Shot of behind Spider-Man as he is swinging towards Rhino . . .
Shot of Rhino running and spider-man swinging right above him . . .
Shot of spider-man as he swings in front of Rhino and spins around backwards and spins a web out the other way . . . he swings down and kicks Rhino in the stomach making him fly back into an air vent and crushing it. .
Rhino gets up and shakes it off . . .
Spider-Man lands in front of him. .
(Spider-Man)
Rhino we’ve been through this before. . You run I run after you. . I catch you. . You go to prison
(Rhino)
I’m going to break you wall-crawler. .
Rhino sticks his horn out and begins to run towards Spider-Man
Spider-man does a back flip over rhino, rhino slows himself down and turns to see a foot in his face, Spider-man kicks him in the face and jumps up to kick him again, Rhino grabs his foot and slings him across the roof, Spider-Man rolls on the ground and gets picked up by Rhino, Spider-man kicks him in the back and flies around an antenna pole and kicks Rhino in the stomach, Rhino runs and grabs Spider-man and slams him into a concrete wall . . .the wall cracks all around spider-man’s back, Spider-man knee’s Rhino in the face and kicks him off him, Spider-man moves down the wall . . . and feels an electric box behind him . . .
(Spider-Man)
Rhino is your wife a Hippo?
(Rhino)
YOUR DEAD PUNK!
Rhino begins to stomp his feet and run fast and faster, Spider man jumps over Rhino and does a back flip just in time Rhino’s horn runs into the electricity box, Rhino stands as he is getting shocked by jolts of electricity
Spider-Man lands and webs Rhino in the back and strains and pulls Rhino out of the box, the electricity flows down the web and shocks Spider-man and knocks him back. . He looks to see Rhino on the ground smoking
Next Shot:
The police arrive in an alley to see Rhino unconscious his whole body webbed except for his face against the wall . . .
The cops get out of the car and looks in awe . . .
Next Scene:
Peter climbs in his window and opens it, he walks into a messy room with cloths on the floor, the room is dark and shadowy . . . he is trying to sneak through the room . . .Then the light is turned on to reveal . . .Mary Jane Watson
(Mary Jane)
Peter. . You’re hurt
Spider-Man takes off his mask to reveal Peter Parker . . .
(Peter)
It’s just a scratch
Mary Jane grabs his arm
(Mary Jane)
We have to get you to a hospital. .
(Peter)
It’ll be healed in the morning
(Mary Jane)
No. We have to get you. .
(Peter)
My powers will heel it. .
(Mary Jane)
What happened?
(Peter)
Someone escaped from the zoo
(Mary Jane)
Peter I really think it’s time we moved in together I hate having to walk 15 blocks everyday to come see you
(Peter)
I told you Mary Jane it would put you at too much risk to live together
(Mary Jane)
Peter you worry too much. . How long has it been almost 2 years since Doc ock ? .
(Peter)
I just don’t want to take that risk. .
(Mary Jane)

They hug and kiss . . .
Peter reaches around behind her and pulls out a letter
Peter looks at the letter

It’s a letter I picked up on the way here from Liz . . .

(Mary Jane)
We’ve been on again off again friends since school. .
(Peter)

Just that he’s doing good at work and has really straightened himself up
(Peter)

Normie ? Liz said he’s doing just fine he’s two now . . .
Mary Jane sits next to Peter on the bed

NO . . . he’s been obsessed with killing Spider-Man since his father died; he blames me for everything I can’t . . .
(Mary Jane)
You’re his friend, he’ll understand
(Peter)
I haven’t talk to him since that night. . He wouldn’t listen to me anyway. .
Peter gets up and looks out the window with both hands on his side. .
Mary Jane walks up behind him and puts her arms around his stomach
(Peter)(Breath’s deep)
I only wonder what he’s doing now . . .
Next Shot
The camera fades into a dark room. . Shot of a man with his back to the camera sitting on a stool with tools . . . shot of him fixing a Green Goblin Pumpkin Bomb . . . shot of his face as he is looking down to reveal Harry Osbourn . . .he has determination in his eye’s he puts down the tools and presses a button on the bomb and it lights up
Shot of his face as he smiles . . .
He stands up and turns around and grabs the green tube of his fathers serum
He pulls the tube out of the freezer like component, when he grabs it freezing steam rises around it . . . he takes the top off of it and looks at it in his hand and then looks up
(Harry)
For you father
Harry grabs and drinks the serum. . The whole green formula is down his throat. . He drops the tube and stands still and takes a deep breathe . . .
(Harry)
Hmmf?
He looks surprised as nothing happens he turns to walk away and he stops. . His stomach clenches and he grabs it and begins to moan in pain. . He falls to the floor in pain. . He gets up and walks to the wall in pain and leans on the wall. . He steps back and yells in pain and puches a hole through a brick wall. . He kneels down and jumps up high and lands back first into the ceiling so hard that the ceiling cracks all around him and he falls back to the ground exhausted. . He still shivers and moves around on the floor . . .
FADE OUT . . ..
Into a college classroom, some of the students are present, but some of the seats are empty, Peter Parker is sitting in the middle, Pan down to a shot of the professor writing something on the chalk board with chalk . . . he turns and looks at the class and it’s Dr. Curt Connors . . .
(Dr. Connors)
The mass root of 89 point 5 times the quantity is
He points up at Peter, Peter raises his hand
(Peter)

The bell rings . . .
All the students get up and begin to leave . . .
(Dr. Connors)

Peter walks out the door and sees a gray haired man with a mustache walk in . . .

Back at the Osbourn Household . . .
Shot of a door opening and the shot of a young, skinny short blond haired woman open the door she is in a skirt and long sleeve shirt. . it is Liz Allen (Harry Osbourn’s wife) . . . she is walking around a huge room and she hears Harry’s laugh echoing through the room
(Liz)

The laughter stops . . .
She turns and looks into the mirror and begins to walk towards it . . .
(Harry)

She turns in shock to see Harry leaning against the wall with a glass of Scotch in his hand . . .
(Liz)

Harry leans off the wall and begins to walk towards her. .
(Harry)

Peter and Mary Jane walk into a fancy restaurant, Mary Jane is wearing a fancy dress and Peter is wearing a tie and coat, the host seats them at Dr. Connors table. .
(Connors)
Ah Parker. . This is my wife Martha
Martha is blond, skinny, and attractive
Peter leans over and shakes her hand
(Peter)
Dr. Connors this is my girlfriend Mary Jane Watson
Dr. Connors leans over and kisses her hand
