TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE BOOKING FORM
I confirm that I have read the above regulations and agree to abide by them:
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
- All bookings must be made via the application form.
- All contact details & sections of the form must be filled out in order to be considered.
- To secure your booking payment must be made by the date given, if not you are likely to lose your booking.
- Payment must be by credit/debit card or cheque made payable to ‘The Royal Parks’ only.
- To cancel your booking you must give the Hub 5 working days written notice before the date of your booking, failure to do so will result in losing your booking costs as the booking must be paid in full.
- If a refund is made, this will be to the credit/debit card that originally made the booking payment.
- The Royal Parks reserve the right to cancel any fixture and cannot undertake to give prior notice of cancellations.
- You are advised to telephone 020 7935 2458 after 9.00am on the day of the fixture to confirm the sports pitch is available and able to be played on in case of poor weather.
THE HUB CHANGING ROOMS
- The Hub reception will display the pitch & changing room allocation, please adhere to these allocations.
- Teams will not be permitted to enter the changing rooms before official opening times designated by Hub staff.
- Changing rooms must vacated 30min before the Hub closing time.
CONDITIONS FOR USE OF FACILITIES
Permission of games is subject to compliance with the following conditions:
a) You will indemnify The Royal Parks against all claims, proceedings, damages, costs expenses and loss in respect of personal injury (including death) or loss of or damage to property arising from your use of the Park save insofar as such injury, loss or damage is reasonably attributable to The Royal Parks, its servants, agents or licensees;
b) It is your responsibility to make sure the pitch surface and any equipment (e.g. goal posts, corner flags etc) are of sufficient standard to be of no danger to any of the players and that any defects are reported to a member of Parks staff immediately. Although the pitches are checked at regular intervals damage may be caused within minutes of your arrival;
c) Pitches must be used for the sport nominated on the application form and are not transferable;
d) Any damage to The Royal Parks’ property, including that to roads and paths etc., is made good to The Royal Parks’ satisfaction;
e) Any instructions which may be given by the Police, Park Manager or Hub staff must be complied with;
f) Players must conform with the Park Regulations. Attention is drawn to the regulation under which any person leaving paper or dropping of litter of any kind in the Park is liable to prosecution.
