On behalf of Federal Mogul, LLC, Greenville, MI, I would like to express our appreciation for the workforce development services provided by West Michigan Works! Federal Mogul is a manufacturing plant specializing in the production of bearings, bushings, and washers for the automotive and industrial markets. A long-standing business in the community for over 77 years, Federal Mogul currently employs 353 production employees.
I connected with West Michigan Works! because I needed assistance with On the Job training for new hires, specialized training for current production employees, and college level apprenticeship training for our skilled trade employees. West Michigan Works! helped me reach my goals in training and retention of eleven newly hired employees, certification of Powered Industrial Truck trainers, and continual education for our skilled trade apprenticeship program.
