This show is a qualifier for the Equi-Chip Bedding Equestrian Life Novice/Open Summer Showing Championships and the Bloomfields Horseboxes Amateur Elite Final.
No membership is required to enter this show. Day Membership will be required for anyone wishing to compete in the affiliated side saddle classes. Forms are available via the Secretary on the day.
Pre-entry rate £8 per class / On The Day entry £12 (cash only).
Closing Date for Pre Entries 10th June.

Class 11Tiny Tots and First Ridden M&M, Plaited and Traditional, rider 12 years and under. Mare or gelding 4 years old and over. Class will be split if sufficient entries, placings awarded to Tiny Tots and First Ridden competitors. Tiny Tots (aged 4-8), First Ridden (aged 9-12). Tiny Tots to wear a red armband in the ring.
Class 12Ridden Walk/Trot, rider any age. For the true Novice rider. Mare or gelding 4 years old and over.
Class 13Ridden New Combination, rider any age. Mare or gelding 4 years old and over.

12 noon - Side Saddle Ring : Judge Mrs Shirley Oultram
Class 31Concoursd’Elegance. The sole criteria for this class is the elegance of the picture presented by horse and rider. Attention may be paid to the rider’s personal appearance but detailed inspection of rider or tack is not required. Fancy dress or period costume is not permitted. No individual show is required but the Judge may ask groups or two or three to give short displays.
Class 32Best Horse or Pony Ridden Side Saddle. Open to horses and ponies, 4 years old and over. Conformation and manners will be taken into consideration; horses/ponies will not be stripped
Class 33Junior Open Equitation. Run under SSA rules defined in the current Members’ handbook and open to SSA Members and Non-Members. Juniors must be under 16 years on 1st January in the current calendar year. Members carrying their current Championship Points cards are eligible for Championship points.
Class 34Adult Open Equitation. Run under SSA rules defined in the current Members’ handbook and open to SSA Members and Non-Members. Members carrying their current Championship Points cards are eligible for Championship points.
