Unemployment is not talked about like before as people available and actively looking for a job, but more generally as people with unmet job needs. Many citizens with unmet job needs could benefit from a rigorous assessment and subsequent appropriate services. An invitation to dialogue for all employment professionals. The goal is finding the best solutions for citizens who are experiencing a professional handicap situation so they avoid a professional impasse. Read more
