The Hole, the Post & Theme Park!
Our Prayer to God:Fathermay we stay connected to You! Take us out of the whole, unshackle us from the post and may we run in Your truth by passing the amusement of this world and satisfied in Your truth. Free at last –In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
Opener Q:Describe one of the deepest holes (canyon, cave) you have seen? Can you imagine being stuck there?
Romans 8:20-22 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.
Q 1.–Describe one of the deep holes you have been stuck in your life? How did you get out?
Q 2. – The post many people chain themselves to is legalism. Have you ever allowed rules, regulations and even religion take the place of an intimate relationship with God? How has God set you free?

4 You who are trying to be justified by law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace. 5 But by faith we eagerly await through the Spirit the righteousness for which we hope.
Q3. –Living in the world it is easy to be enticed by the world. Remind one another who you are in Christ. The enemy’s greatest attack is on our identity. If we are going to avoid the theme parks of the enemy we must walk in who God has made us. What is the lie you often believe to run to the enemy playground in your life?
Take a moment to declare who you are in Christ:
I am complete in Him Who is the Head of all principality and power (Colossians 2:10).
I am alive with Christ (Ephesians 2:5).
I am free from the law of sin and death (Romans 8:2).
I am far from oppression, and fear does not come near me (Isaiah 54:14).
I am born of God, and the evil one does not touch me (1 John 5:18).
I am holy and without blame before Him in love (Ephesians 1:4; 1 Peter 1:16).
I have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16; Philippians 2:5).
I have the peace of God that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
