(2)This application must be postmarked by January 15, 2015. Decisions will be made and applicants notified by May 15, 2015. Residencies may commence June 1, 2015 and must be completed by May 31, 2016.
(3)All applicants must furnish a resume. If sending by mail, please include the original and seven copies with application.
(4)Graduate students must include a statement from their dissertation/thesis supervisor on the
applicant’s experience in researching primary source materials and ability to carry out the proposed research project. Such statements must be postmarked by January 15, 2015.
(5)One or two letters of reference by persons familiar with your project may be submitted. While letters of
reference are optional, it is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that any letters are postmarked by January 15, 2015.
(6)Applicants are responsible for making sure the application package is complete and postmarked by the deadline. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
