NRA Women On Target® Instructional Shooting Clinic
Do you have a gun in your home but don’t know how to use it? Would you like to learn shooting fundamentals? Would you like to learn about gun safety and how to properly handle a firearm?
The Women On Target clinic is a place where women, ages 16 and up, can learn the basics of shooting in a safe and friendly environment. This course is geared toward women that are completely new to shooting, have very little experience or would like to go back and learn the fundamentals.
Where: Four Corners Rifle and Pistol Club Outdoor Range
Highway 160 East (5 miles east of Cortez, North side of hwy, near the fairgrounds)
Cortez, Colorado
When: Saturday, June 3, 2017 – sign in begins at 8:30am
Advanced Registration REQUIRED (positions are limited, so we suggest registering ASAP)

9:00am - 10:00amWelcome & Classroom Instruction with NRA Certified Instructor 10:00am - 12:00pm Range Instruction
12:00pm – 1:00pmLunch (included in your registration fee)
1:00pm-2:00pmRange Instruction … anything not completed in the AM
2:00pm - ??Round Robin: experience different firearms of your choice
2:30pm Final Thoughts/Certificate Presentation
Cost:$35.00 per person (pre-registration required). Minimum age: 16. Cost includes use of
firearms, targets, ammunition, eye and ear protection, lunch, t-shirt and a free NRA giftbag.
Clinic is limited to 24 participants and will take place rain or shine.

The Women on Target clinic will be held at the Four Corners Rifle & Pistol Club Outdoor Range located approximately 5 miles east of Cortez on Highway 160 near the Montezuma County Fairgrounds.
*** Participants will not want to wear low-cut shirts to the Clinic …. it is possible for hot shell casings to be ejected into your low-cut shirt, causing discomfort or burns.
