THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED APPROPRIATE FOR ISSUANCE OF A WARNING:

  1. MINORS VIOLATIONS

Furnishing intoxicating liquor to a person under 21 (18).

Person under 21 (18) handling intoxicating liquor

Person under 21 (18) selling/handling intoxicating liquor

Personnel under 21 (18) handling beer

Sale and /or furnishing to a person under 21.

Sale to a person under 21 years of age

Furnishing to a person under 21 years of age

Conviction - for employment of person under 18

Conviction - Sale to minor

Employment of a person under 18 years of age

Minor consuming alcoholic beverages

Sale to intoxicated person

  1. ALLOWING IMPROPER CONDUCT

Solicitation for prostitution

Agent or Permit Holder in an intoxicated condition

Agent or employee assaulting a patron

Illegal sale and/or possession of dangerous Drugs

Receiving and/or concealing stolen property

Theft (Theft by deception).

Permit Holder attempting to start a riot

Possession of illegal firearms

Physical contact with patrons

Possession of untaxed cigarettes

3. PERMITTING AND/OR ALLOWING GAMBLING

Tip tickets and machine

Cards for money

Raffle or drawings

Horse betting slips

Pool Table

Game of chance

Numbers policy slips/clearing house slips

4. SUNDAY VIOLATIONS

Sunday consumption

Sunday delivery

Sunday sale of liquor prior to legal hour

No Sunday privileges

5. OTHER VIOLATIONS

Possession of untaxed liquor

Possession of wine on C1 premises

Possession of beer on D2 premises

Possession of untaxed wine

Possession of whiskey in improper containers

Assigning, transferring or pledging w/o consent of the DOLC

Closed over 30 days w/o notifying DOLC

Employment of a person under 21

Fail to obey emergency suspension order

Pull tab beer cans

Purchase of spirituous liquor for resale from other than DOLC
