Uniforms are an essential part of the Tourism and Hospitality industry and of hospitality courses. Uniforms are selected to reflect the standards required by the local and international hospitality and tourism industry.

Within the Hospitality teaching section at Ultimo College, students are expected to maintain an extremely high standard of uniform presentation. This information sheet lists the uniform requirements for all students enrolled in Hospitality courses.

When on campus, students should wear their uniforms with pride and should act as ambassadors of the section. Uniforms must be worn at all times during food and beverage and accommodation modules. The style of the uniform and colours are specifically selected and are the only permitted styles and colours to be worn by all Hospitality students.
