MORP STUDENT/GUEST AGREEMENT

The following document represents an agreement between you, the student or guest of a student at Cypress Creek High School, and Cypress Creek High School. In consideration of being sold a ticket and being granted admission to Cypress Creek High School's 2018 MORP, you, the student or guest of a student at Cypress Creek High School, agree to the following terms and conditions:

NO RE-ENTRY
There will be no re-entry to MORP. Once you and/or your guest enter the facility and relinquish your ticket(s) to the event, you and/or your guest are prohibited from leaving and re-entering the facility. The doors to MORP will be closed at 9:00pm. Any student or guests arriving after 9:00pm will not be granted admittance.

IDENTIFICATION
You and your guest must provide one of the following in order to gain admittance to MORP:
A. a school ID or
B. a government issued ID
There will be no exceptions whatsoever, even if school personnel at the event recognize you and/or your guest. All guests must have a pre-approved signed guest request form with a copy of school or photo ID on file with CCHS by 2:00pm on April 24th, 2018.

DRESS CODE
The following dress code is applicable to all students and guests who wish to enter MORP. All guests must comply with all school and Code of Conduct requirements. If you have questions concerning your dress, it is your responsibility to seek prior approval from administration. Any questions regarding dress should be resolved before the evening of the event. Any student or guest that fails to meet any of the following conditions will be denied entry to the event:

  • Dress Code for Young Men: Must follow Cypress Creek High School’s dress code. The principal's/designee's decision is FINAL.
  • Dress Code for Young Women: Must follow Cypress Creek High School’s dress code. The principal's/designee's decision is FINAL. Shorts cannot exceed more than six inches above the knee. Running shorts that are not made out of spandex will be permitted. Running shorts must not be rolled.
  • Dress Code for Both Young Men and Young Women: Students dressed inappropriately will be turned away at the door. Students will not be admitted wearing torn clothing or clothing with holes (this includes shirts and pants/shorts/jeans), chains/spikes, sexually implicit or explicit clothes, or items referencing tobacco or alcohol products. The principal's/designee's decision is FINAL.

 Students must be in good standing at their school.

 Guests must present a driver license or school ID for identification for admission.

 This dance is a tobacco free activity. The use of tobacco products is NOT permitted.

 Students are not allowed to re-enter the dance upon leaving.

 Students must vacate the premises within 30 minutes of the dance ending.

 Guests will be removed from the premises with no refund for improper conduct, violations of rules, and/or refusal to comply with requests from staff and chaperones.

END OF DANCE PROCEDURES

Students are not allowed to re-enter the dance upon leaving. Once you have left the dance, you CANNOT, under any circumstances re-enter. Students must vacate the premises within 30 minutes of the dance ending. Florida Statute 1003.31(d)(2) states that students must be under the control and direction of the principal or designee no longer than 30 minutes before or after school hours while on our campuses or while participating in an authorized school-sponsored activity. Parents should not rely on school supervision outside the time limits of such policy. Students under the supervision of school officials past the 30-minute time limit may be given disciplinary consequences with regard to attendance at future after school activities.

STUDENT/GUEST REPONSIBILITIES

It is the responsibility of you, the student or guest, to resolve any and all questions concerning any of the terms and conditions listed in this agreement prior to the date of the Homecoming. If you and/or your guest fail to meet any of the terms or conditions listed in this agreement or written in the Pasco County Student Code of Conduct, you understand that you and/or your guest will be required to leave the event and that no refund of the ticket price will be issued.

STUDENT/GUEST AGREEMENT

By signing below, I, ______, agree to the above terms and conditions for me and/or for my guest. I understand that if these terms and conditions are not followed, I forfeit my entrance to MORP and a refund of the ticket price will not be provided.
