The First Thing a New Born Christian Needs to Be Taught About Is Which Bible Is the True
The first thing a newborn Christian needs to be taught about is which bible is the true word of God. With over two hundred versions on the market, he must know which bible to read and study. We cannot merely tell him to read the bible- we must teach him the only true Word of God – The King James Bible. – He must be studying God’s infallible truth and not truth mixed with error. This is the very foundation of bible study.
The basis for KJV is the Greek (Textus Receptus) or the Received Text. This is the only English bible from the Received Text. All other versions are from other corrupted manuscripts. The name Received Text came from the Elzevir Brothers in 1624. In the preface of their Greek New Testament they printed the following words, “There thou has the text now Received by all. In which we give nothing altered or corrupt.” From this came the words we now use as the Textus Receptus or the Received Text. This is the true roots for God’s true word. The infallible, preserved KJBible.
Criticizing bible versions and those who have translated them and their antichristian background, is like cutting weeds at the top of the ground. The operation doesn’t go deep enough to get the roots. The weeds of textual corruption keep coming up again in multiplied confusion. The roots of the problem is- which Greek text is the bible translated from?
Christian soldiers cannot win the battle against Satan with man-made armour. (Please read Eph.6:10-18). Please note these outstanding facts. Without the true word of God, there would be no Christians- no girdle of truth- no breastplate of righteousness- no gospel of peace- no shield of faith- no helmet of salvation- no spirit-inspired prayer and no sword of the spirit. Therefore, we are forced to conclude that faith, the element necessary for making a Christian, as well as every part of his armour, is all supplied by the word of God.- not the word of man. “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Rom.10:17) Stand-Stand-Stand- with the true word of God in your hand, the King James Bible, not the corrupted word of men with thousands of additions and subtractions.
Suppose a mixture of truth and error, a bible of man’s own making through a clever process of faulty textual criticism, is used. What then? The inevitable result would be as follows: a girdle mixed with truth and error, a breastplate of righteousness like filthy rags, a gospel of peace mingled with distrust and discord, a plastic shield through which the fiery darts of the enemy can pass, a sieve-like helmet for the head through which heresies can enter and destroy true doctrine and assurance of salvation, a dull sword which has no power to pierce and destroy our enemy Satan and prayer that’s not scriptural.
The true, infallible and inerrant word of God is the KJV of the Bible, translated from the true roots – The Received Text. Amen and Amen. All other translations have been translated from poison roots straight from the mouth of Satan, that old serpent. He started with Eve in the Garden of Eden in Genesis 3 casting doubt upon God’s Word and causing Eve to sin.- “Yea, hath God said?” What did God really say? Did he say this in this bible or did he say that in the other bible?
Spiritual wickedness in high places has set out in these last days just before the Rapture- just before the Translation- to flood the world with over 200 translations. They are translations of Satan and not of God. They are antichrist and are preparing the world for the soon coming antichrist. Beware Christians because the devil has set out to destroy your faith in the word of God by attacking it and changing it.
Satan has been hanging around in the tree of knowledge since Eden with his poison mouth spouting out these attacks against God’s Word. And it’s the same tree of higher learning today that is destroying our faith in the precious word of God- The King James Version. It’s the Doctors in our bible schools and seminaries that are gorging themselves from this forbidden tree and are giving us these false bibles today. Lying to us by telling us that they are copied from the “original manuscripts.”
“Thou shalt surely die” and spiritual death has entered into most of our bible colleges today. And these young preachers graduate from these schools of death and go into churches and bring in more death. It’s the pulpits not the pews that are destroying God’s Word today. Many of you preachers have already wasted your money on your ‘ministerial training’ and it would be a great personal insult (like a slap in the face) to tell you that you blew your money and time down a rat hole. If we have the infallible word of God in the King James Version, then why study the Greek and Hebrew? Amen. Leave the Greek and Hebrew alone and study God’s
English bible and meditate on it to find the truth.
Even while Paul was writing (2 Cor.) in the early church, the precious word of God was being adulterated, corrupted, and being used as articles of merchandise for selfish gain. (2 Cor.2:17) says- “we are not asmany which corrupt the word of God.” Many were corrupting it and many are doing it today, Peter says in (2 Pet.2:1-3) that these false teachers through covetousness will use feigned words to make merchandise of you. These bibles make millions of dollars for the authors and publishers. They even publish Readers Digest condensed bibles with ¾ of the bible missing and gullible Christians buy them.
The Received Text is the Word of God. Only the King James has been translated from the Received Text. God will always have his pure word for his people, preserved, infallible, and inerrant, for every generation. How many of you can raise up in your hand the word of God which is free from error? I have the word of God- not one error is in it. Not many preachers can do that today as their infallible Bible is always something elusive and can’t be found.
In (2 Tim. 3:15-17) Timothy had the Holy scriptures and these scriptures are inspired of God, not some lost manuscripts. Timothy had a copy, not the original manuscript, and his copy was inspired of God. Don’t let anyone tell you that scriptures mean original manuscripts.And you can have a copy in your hands. It is preserved by God- The KJV. Don’t let the Doctors hanging in the tree of higher learning take it away from you by telling you only the original manuscripts were inspired of God and your bible has errors. They feel it’s a mark of superior scholastic education to correct God’s Word by going to the “original Greek” (no such thing). Preachers stand in pulpits across our nation today and correct the bible with no fear of God in them, adding and taking away from God’s Word. They do this with God’s warning at the end of the bible blaring in their ears in (Rev.22:18,19). This warning by God not to tamper with his Word is not just for bible translators but for every preacher who stands in the pulpit and changes it with his mouth and so casts doubt upon God’s Word.
Paul warns us of these men in (Gal.1:6-13).It’s not the true gospel but “another” gospel. It’s a “perverted” gospel and an “accursed” gospel. It’s a “man-pleasing” gospel. And most important- the one true gospel is the one Received. (See vs.9-12). The key is the word Received as God continually shows you that the true bible comes from the Received Text. Have you Receivedthe word of God?
One definition of receive is- (to accept as authoritative, true or accurate- believe.) Have you received the received text as God’s final authority, not just by King James of England but by the King of Kings himself. In (Deut.17:18-20) God commands the King of Israel to make him a copy of God’s Word and it fits King James as well. “The powers that be are ordained of God-(Rom.13:1)
See my sermon text again in (1 Thes.2:13). “For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye Received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye Received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.” The Received text is the word of God not the word of men. Will you receive that? It’s not corrupted by man. It has no mistakes to be correctedby anyone who disagrees with God. Instead of letting God’s Word correct them, they correct God’s Word.- oh the pride of man. See (vs.13) again. I want this truth to effectually work in you that believe. Do you believe you have in your hand the incorruptible word of God or is it the corruptible word of man? It’s one or the other.- God’s word is here with us. “It liveth and abideth forever.” (I Pet.1:23). We need to use the KJV like a ‘receiving blanket’: to wrap our newborn babes in Christ in so they can have comfort of knowing the true word of God.
Check (2 Cor.11:3-4 and 13-15) see received twice in (vs.4) see (vs.13-15). Do you see men calling themselves ministers of God but are in truth ministers of Satan. And some of them sit on translation committees and pervert the true word of God.
(James 1:21) says- “Receive with meekness the in -grafted word.” Meek means humble and educated, proud, puffed up with worldly knowledge men can’t receive the received text. It’s too simple.
See (Mt.13)- the parable of the sower- especially (vs.19-23). Wesee the words (received the seed- 5 times). Receive the word of God- receive the incorruptible seed. “Being born again, not of corruptible seed but of incorruptible, by the Word of God which liveth and abideth forever.” (I Pet.1:23) The good ground received the word and understood it. Are you understanding it today? Oh preachers, preach the KJ Bible today. Don’t change a word. God will give you more and more understanding of his truth. Oh- child of God, study the KJ Bible. Be like the Bereans in (Acts 17:11) “These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they Received the word with all readiness of mind and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.” True Bereans know which bible is of God.
See (1 Cor.15:1-3) “You have Received” (vs.1) “I have Received”- (vs.3). The true gospel- the true scripture is the Received Text. Is it too simple for you to accept? Do you need to study the Greek for years to receive it? Oh- the simplicity of it.
(Jn.12:48) Rejecting or receiving God’s Word, that’s the choice today.
In (Acts 11:1) “The Gentiles had alsoReceived the Word of God.” And the English Gentiles received the KJ Bible in 1611 and crossed the ocean and started the U.S.A. with it.
(Acts 2:41 and 8:14) Receivedthe word of God”
(Heb.10:26) “Received the knowledge of the truth.” Many don’t want God’s truth. You must want to receive the truth concerning the true word of God today. You must receive it with all readiness of mind. You must desire it.
(2 Thes.2:10) “They Receivednot the love of the truth.” You must receive the love of the truth to be saved and you must continue receiving God’s truth as He reveals it to you. You must desire the truth and the truth of the KJ Bible will free you from all this bible translation heresy.
(Jn.14:17) “The spirit of truth whom the world cannot Receive.” The worldly unsaved person cannot understand the KJV because they have not received God’s Holy Spirit of truth. They want a “Living Bible” that they can understand without getting saved.
(1 John 2:26-27) some of the seduction of Christianity today is through Bible translations. When you ReceiveChrist who is the truth you Receive the great teacher, the Holy Ghost. We do have Bible teachers but we prove all things by using our KJ Bible and the great teacher who shows the truth. Watch the Doctors who seduce you concerning the Word of God today.
God has infallibly preservedHis Word to the present time. It is written in (Ps.12:6) “The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth. Purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt Preserve them from this generation forever.” God has always preserved his word and made it available to his true church. God did not preserve his word in a waste paper bin in a Catholic Monastery at the foot of Mt.Sinai. (Sinaiticus) or on a library shelf in the Vatican Library (Vaticanus). God did not preserve his word in the ‘disusing’ but in the ‘using.’ He did not preserve his word by it being stored away or buried, but rather through its’ use and transmission in the hands of humble bible believers. Not only did God inspire the original manuscripts but he has preserved them free from error down to this present time.
No wonder Protestants and Evangelicals are going back to Rome. They are using Catholic Bibles with Protestant covers. If your bible is based upon a manuscript that came down the Roman sewer stream, don’t have anything to do with it.
Have you Received the word of God- The Received Text? Have you received the KJV as the word of God? It’s the only bible translated from the Received text.Yes- God wrote only one bible- It’s Perfect. Or is this sermon too simple for you?
I pray with my whole heart that your eyes have been enlightened with this truth as my eyes were in 1972 when I was two years old in the Lord. You don’t need to go to college and become a scholar. You need to study and meditate on the KJV. You need to “study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (2 Tim.2:15) Don’t be ashamed you’re not a College man. Study the word- work at it and remember that all bible study is only 50% of a sermon, the other 50% is boldness to preach the truth when God shows it to you. “They were all filled with the Holy Ghost and they spake the word of God with boldness.” (Acts 4:31) The Key to understanding the bible is not education or degrees or knowledge of Greek and Hebrew. The key to understanding the bible is a humble heart and a believing mind.

And changed the inside.”
Will you Receive Jesus Christ as Savior? “He came unto his own, and his own Received him not. But as many Received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.”(Jn.1:11-12) When you’re saved and Born Again you will Receive the Holy Spirit (Rom.8:15) and I hope and pray you will Receive the KJ Bible as the infallibly preserved word of God. “Thoushalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation forever.” (Ps.12:8) God has his infallible, preserved word available for every generation. Amen and Amen.
