The First Payment of $100.00 Has Been Paid and Sent to Bonaventure Tours

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Your childhas been selected to be part of the Grade 8 Quebec trip from June 14 to 17, 2017. The cost of the trip isapproximately $600. This $600 includes3 nights’ hotel accommodations,entrance fee to the different exhibits/ tourists attractions and7 meals in Quebec City. The final itinerary will be handed out as items become finalized. If you have any questions about the itinerary,please contact the school.

The first payment of $100.00 has been paid and sent to Bonaventure Tours.

The following is the payment schedule for 2017:

The second payment of $150.00 is due on Monday, January 23rd

The third payment of $175.00 is due on Monday, February 20th

The fourth payment of $175.00 is due on Monday, March 27th – If at any point during this payment process, you would like to pay the full remaining amount, please call the school at 658-5971 and speak to either Mrs. Patti Stewart or Ms. Jill Ferguson.

The following are some of the Fundraising opportunities offered to your child:

Starting today – every student who has made their first payment will have the opportunity to sell tickets on the Seafood Feast Basket. The students will be given a packet of ten, they have twenty days to sell the tickets. If they sell their first ten tickets, then they can come back and get more. The draw is on Dec. 20th. Therefore, all tickets and money have to be in the morning of Tuesday, Dec. 20th. Thank you.

~ Mrs. S. Dignam is working on selling wreaths and running a Run-A-Rink program this weekend – information for both of these opportunities are on our website.

In 2017 we will provide details for more fundraising opportunities such as a painting party, a dance and bagging groceries.

Our tour company, Bonaventure, offers Blue Cross trip insurance. Please check off, sign and have your child return this form as soon as possible if you are interested in any of the options. For those who choose the trip insurance, the company will contact you, via phone, with further details so please add a phone number where you can be reached.
